What's for Dinner?

So I was reading a friends blog and the ever-unanswered question came up up of "What's for Dinner?" I know I have asked that several times--when I ask what my family wants, I get the same response: "I don't know" or "I don't care."
With us being Gluten Free (GF) at our house, I kind of have to plan a bit ahead to make sure I have the right ingredients for what I am making. We said good buy to almost everything pre-prepared the end of September '07. That doesn't mean I always know what's for dinner -- because I am not always in the mood for what is on the menu.
So I have decided to beg for new recipes-- GF or not-- (I can usually make a few changes if they have Gluten to make it GF)-- I am going to post a recipe once a week for you to try-- I will only post ones that my family has tried and enjoyed. Please add one of your favorites or anything new that you tried and likes.

I want to know more about not using anything pre-prepared. How do you do that? is it like making noodles or bread from scratch? You are always good at cooking. It sounds like a good idea but I'm a lazy cook so I like many of the pre-prepared foods. You got my curiosity up.

That foccacia bread was really really good! Zac and I both enjoyed that!
