Yea we just hit a HUGE road block. When we met with the owner of the land in august, he said we should have a "hearing" date (for the land split) by the middle of November. I kept calling our realtor and asking lots of questions about when it was scheduled and such but he never had a answer for me. So, I finally called the county P&Z and asked for the date myself. Well it seems as if the hearing has been set-- FEB 5th-- that's only 2 1/2 months after we HAD planned to break ground...and now that means we won't be in the new house until late summer probably...Seems we will be here a bit longer. Perhaps its better to break ground closer to spring time... then you wont have to deal with the snow and winter delays.Heavenly Father probably has some work to do throughout the winter to get things ready for you.
Hey you. . .fun to catch up on you. It's funny how spending only a week with someone can make you miss them TONS!! That's how I'm feelin'- I don't think you ought to move before girl's camp next year!! We need another fun week together. You Rock!! Love Ya
Think of the good side(although I know you WANT your own home) but construction gets a lot more expensive through the winter than when it is a bit warmer outside!! Just keep reminding yourself that you be saving a few thousand dollars by waiting :)!!!
