Speaking of food here is a new recipe for you. Chicken tacos: layer a cake pan or casserole dish with corn chips. Then cover with 2-3 pounds shredded chicken. Pour 1 can enchilada sauce & 1 can cream of mushroom(or your version) on top of chicken. Sprinkle with some garlic powder and about 2 TBS chili powder. Cover with 1-2 cups cheese. Pour 1 can of chicken broth( or juice from cooked chicken) over top. Add some more corn chips. Cook for 30 min @ 350. serve with sourcream and salsa.
It was very good. I think one could even add refried beans if they wanted. Have fun!
Are you telling me that you have a whole cheesecake sitting on your table!?!?! Of course an accident is going to happen! The really tragic part is that I'm not there to help you clean it up!
I do. The only thing that would make them better is to do refried beans on bottem instead of chips. The chips on bottem kind of get a cornbread texture after cooking. Let me know what you think.

As a good friend I will help you with this dilemma. Send it over to my house. I hate when accidents happen.

alicia - do you swear by those tacos? I need something to cook and I have not been able to think of anything.
