So today, we had a lot of FOG and quite thick in several places around town. As I was driving by the Golf course, (I could drive this with my eyes shut (or in FOG) any day of the week because I drive past this same Golf Course a minimum of 6 times per day-- and still know exactly where I am) for the 5th time today-- it was a VERY thick FOG at this time-- limiting my driving vision to about 50 feet in front of my van....now I am not a golfer-- but I have tried my hand at Miniature Golf-- and one thing that I picked up on real fast, is that you have a target HOLE that you would like to aim towards, when hitting the ball-- requiring a "visual" on the target thus letting the sportsman know the strength needed to make the ball go in the desired direction at the desired loft and speed. Am I close in my assumption that the same goal would apply to regular golf?
- What were they aiming for?
- WHY?
- Did they not realize that there is still snow out there, in several areas of the Golf course?
- WHY?
- How do they know where to shoot for?
- and how hard to hit their ball?
- and where their ball landed?
- so that they could go find their ball?
- and finally, WHY?

I think golf is like a lot of things that occupy guys. "Just get me out of the house...don't care if I look stoopid, don't care if I get hurt or dirty. Just don't make me stay home and help. And guaranteed I will come home and brag about it while you do the laundry."
I second what Leenie says! (lol) - BTW Im in your cyberspace.... stalking your blog! (in the fog.... drinking egg nog.....like a hog.... thats why I jog.. (giggle)Ok I'll quit now....:)
I know for a fact that golfers are crazy so I'm not suprised.
