We bought the Guernsey 2 weeks ago and listened to him moo incessantly. He needed a friend. Plus L & L wanted to put a cow in the pasture. So we found a couple of friends for him this weekend. The intent is to butcher them in the fall. We will sell one of the Holsteins if anyone is interested in filling up the freezer with grass fed beef. Now, where do I find a big pig to butcher?
