Macaroni & Cheese:
1 8oz pkg of elbow Mac (I used GF ones)
4 Tbsp of Butter
4 Tbsp Flour or Cornstarch
1 tsp Salt
3/4 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
2 cups Milk
Cook Macs. Meanwhile-- melt butter in pan, add flour-- let cook for a minutes or two-- add in Milk-- stir constantly while sauce thickens. Add cheese-- stir in until fully melted. Drain noodles, combine with cheese sauce. Dump into 9x13 pan. Top with more cheese. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
