Stake Conference

We had Stake Conference yesterday. The topics were focused on provident living and prioritizing our time as parents and in building our testimonies. One family in our stake was challenged by their bishop to go without any outside influence for one week and journal their experience and the growth in their family. They went without: TV, computer (internet), video games, movies, & radio.

Our Stake president issued the following goal to us: become more provident and avoid consumerism and build our testimony.

It reinforced many of the things that have been on my mind of late.
