I've happened upon another new favorite. I have a friend from Puru that fixes this smoothie. It makes a wonderful breakfast on the go or just a great anytime drink. So, do this: quarter a apple (minus the seeds), peel a banana, toss in the blender and cover with milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon and let her go. Add ice if you want. I am not a big banana fan, but this is really good. Hope you enjoy, yet another recipe.
