Cafe Rio Rice:
- 3 cups Rice
- 4 t Chicken Bouillon
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro
- 1 can Green Chiles
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1 T Butter
- 1/2 Onion
Cafe Rio Dressing:
- 1 Buttermilk ranch dressing Pkg (prepared)
- 2 Tomatillos
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 limes worth of juice
- 1 jalipino
Cafe Rio Chicken:
- 1 small bottle of Kraft Italian Dressing
- 1 T Chili Powder
- 1 T Cumin
- 3 Cloves minced Garlic
- 5 lbs Chicken Breast

I ate it as a salad with lettuce, salsa, cheese and black beans on Tortilla Chips. Others ate it wrapped in a Flour Tortilla. I want to try it next time in a corn tortilla. I will just say this-- Yummmmmeee!
