My parents came last night for dinner. We had Tuna steaks (from our trip to the Oregon Coast last August). We also had Oven Fries, Green Beans and Glazed Carrots. It was quite tasty. But of course we had left over Tuna. So this is what I did:
Tonight we had fish tacos-- Thanks to Antoinette for the idea. I shredded the fish in a skillet with some cilantro and Adobo. Homemade corn tortillas and Mexican Cole Slaw (cabbage, carrots, onion, cilantro, jalepino, lime and rice vinegar), Home made salsa and Taco white sauce (mayo, sour cream, lime juice and Adobo)
WoW-- it was good. I really like the homemade tortillas.
